Darren Dolcemascolo is a senior executive advisor who helps leadership teams improve execution, unlock capacity, and build operating systems that scale — without adding headcount. As Senior Partner and co‑founder of EMS Consulting Group, he works with organizations in complex, regulated, and technology‑driven environments, including biotech, healthcare, aerospace/defense, and advanced manufacturing.

Darren is the author of Improving the Extended Value Stream: Lean for the Entire Supply Chain (Productivity Press) and has been published in multiple industry journals. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA with Graduate Honors from San Diego State University.
