Advanced Team Facilitation and Change Management

The Team Facilitation and Change Management program will address advanced techniques for leading and facilitating teams. This interactive program will take a learn-by-doing approach so that participants will practice facilitation skills, change management skills, and problem solving methods in class. The course will include our GAPPS approach to change management and will draw from the instructors combined 35 years of experience in facilitating and driving change within organizations. For those who have taken our Lean Certification (Certified Lean Practitioner) program, this program can be used to obtain our Certified Lean Facilitator designation by completing a project utlizing the skills.



This program includes 2 days of interactive, instructor-led training covering topics such as team dynamics, advanced techniques for facilitating teams and group processes, conflict management, decision making, and change management. This program is for team leaders and change agents within healthcare, manufacturing, or service organizations. A certificate of completion is given at the end of the program.  For those who have completed our Lean Certification (Certified Lean Practitioner) program, this program may be used to achieve our Certified Lean Facilitator designation by completing a project demonstrating the skills taught in the course.
