I
n last month's edition of our newsletter, we talked about 5S, a valuable methodology for helping to create operational stability. In this month's edition, we are going to revisit two very important topics, Lean Problem Solving and Daily Management, both of which are a major part of our Lean Certification and training programs.

Now is a great time to register for our Lean training and certification programs including Coaching and Facilitation Skills for Lean Daily Management and Kaizen on February 7-8, which can be taken as a standalone program or as part of a Certified Lean Facilitator program.  We also have dates set for our Lean Certification programs (in March and April 2018).  Space will be limited. For our current schedule of off-site training and for on-site training information, please visit our Lean Training page.

If you are unable to attend our off-site training programs, please consider our newly updated online training and certification programs.   These include Lean Manufacturing Certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Healthcare Certificate.  To view all of our online training offerings, please visit Lean Training Online or take our 14-day Free Lean Trial.
