In last month's edition of our newsletter, we talked about the Improvement Kata approach developed by Mike Rother.  One of the central concepts of the improvement kata is to practice the pattern of lean problem solving daily.  This goes hand in hand with Lean Daily Management.  In this month's edition, we feature our final article in our Thinking Lean series in MedDevice Magazine.

We will be announcing our Summer/Fall schedule of classes soon.  For our current schedule of off-site training and for on-site training information, please visit our Lean Training page.

If you are unable to attend our off-site training programs, please consider our online training and certification programs. These include Lean Manufacturing Certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Healthcare Certificate. To view all of our online training offerings, please visit Lean Training Online.
