Happy New Year!  Now is the time to begin working on your 2017 Lean transformation.  We have many exciting programs planned for 2017, and you may read about those below.  We are also continuing a series of articles for Med Device Online Magazine dealing with Lean transformation.  Our latest articles, including the one just published this month are below.  These are on the topic of Total Productive Maintenance.

 

Now is the time to register for our Lean Certification and Lean Healthcare Certificate programs, which begin in early 2017.

 

Our Lean Certification program, beginning in February and ending in May, is an 8-day program covering all of the strategies, tools, and methods necessary for lean transformation.  Click here for more information.

 

Our 3-Day Lean Healthcare Certificate program, which will take place February 7-9, covers all of the relevant strategies, tools, and methods for applying lean to the entire healthcare continuum. We are now an approved Continuing Education Provider of the California Board of Registered Nursing.  This course may be used for continuing education credit for nurses.  Click here for more information on the course.

 

We have also announced dates for our 3-Day Blended-Learning Lean Manufacturing Certification in San Diego on April 4-6, 2017.  For details, click here.
